Terms of Auctions

All items are sold as is, it is the bidders responsibility to be secure with an item's condition before bidding.

10% buyer's premium is added to all purchases.

Sales tax must be paid on the full purchase price unless a valid Tax/resale number is supplied.

All items must be paid for before they may be removed from the premises. All items must be paid for in full, at the end of the auction. We accept Cash, check and Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Discover.

Items are the purchasers responsibility after they are struck down and delivered to the successful bidder. We CANNOT be liable for item loss or breakage once it is struck down to you.

In the event of a dispute between two or more bidders the auctioneer may, at his decision, reopen the bidding or settle the dispute in another way. The auctioneer's decision is final.
